Q: I have a very good credit score.  Can you beat my area bank’s APR?
A:  Most likely, we deal with several different lenders.  We have very good relationships that can help us out on rates/terms.

 

 

Q: What’s my APR or monthly payment going to be?
A: There are several different things that factor into that.  Such as, credit score, term and how much you are financing.  We can begin to establish that after your completed application is received.

 

Q: I have a bankruptcy within the last three years, can you finance me?
A:  It depends upon your pay history prior to and after the bankruptcy.  We can begin with a credit application and go from there.

 

 

Q: I am going to have a co-signer because of my lower credit score.  Do you still have to have my credit information?

Q: If I sent in a credit application, generally how long does it take to hear back from your department?
A: We usually try to respond to all credit inquiries within the same day, but sometimes time doesn’t permit.  Generally no later than 1 work day.

 

 

Q: Who should I call if I have any questions in regard to my credit application that I have emailed in to Davis-Moore?
A:  Each of the different locations have their own finance office, in which, the internet department can let you know which office your credit application was sent to at 316-618-2195.

 

 

Q: Can I get approved for a loan or loan amount range without having a specific car picked out yet?
A: Yes, but you have to have a loan dollar amount on the request.    

 

 

Q:  Do you do “buy here, pay here?”
A:  No

 

 

Q:  If I get a loan through the Davis-Moore finance department, do I make the payments through/to you?
A:  No, you make them directly to your financial institution.
